The KHS Transition Center helps our cougars prepare for college and career success!
Our students do active self-exploration and research in order to make well-informed decisions about their college and career choices. Our students stay informed by reading announcements and participating in opportunities offered to guide them in their college and career exploration, application and selection. We also offer opportunities to assist students with the college financial aid process. Our goal is to help our students find the college and career thatʻs right for them.
